I wholeheartedly embraced and executed Lesson 8. I collaborated with someone for a company. The person, “pushed back” on every task. Even those that I totally agreed with them on. I sincerely did every I knew to do to make them a part of the process and it ended up being a total disaster. What do you do when you try everything and the person doesn’t collaborate with you?
