I love the responses - it is almost always embarrassment but there&#039;s appreciation right there with it, it&#039;s palpable. It&#039;s always fun, and much deeper. It&#039;s recognizing everyone as the valuable, worthwhile person they are. Great tip, thank you.]]></description>
